Separate campaigns for stamina and magicka

With all the stam and magicka balance issues that are being discussed and complained about; I was wondering if zos added 2 new campaigns 1 for stam and 1 for magicka do you think this would be a fun way to defuse some of the argument?
I notice a lot of the complaints come from the pvp side of things, so if you had an option to fight against only those using your own resource would this be enjoyable?

Czirne✭✭✭✭Few patches back magicka classes (except DK) were steamrolling everyone with proxy det and vicious death, and i did not see so many crying post. I will be honnest, there were some people who complained, but not that many as now.
imho magicka and stamina are more even than they ever been(but i give it to you, stamina is a really stronger this patch). Biggest thing that creates unbalance is Dawnbreaker of smiting, cheap aoe ulti with knockdown, scaling with mighty CP.
Solituon? Make it knockdown only vampires and werewolfes again ( currently i dont feel almost any downside of being a vamp - that 20% more damage db does is midigated by 33% reduction by undeath passive), or leave knockdown as it is and reduce damage by 25%-35%. You can't make:- A no poison campaign
- A no CP campaign
- A Stamina only campaign
- A firendly fire campaign
- A no AoE caps campaign
- A magicka only campaign
- A /drunk only campaign

They should also add to that, 8 additional campaigns.
1) Stam sorcs only
2) Magicka sorcs only
3)Stam dk only
4)Mag dk only
5) oh you know
