Actually that doesn't work as since release changing that doesn't save or change anything since launch. It's just a waisted setting

Not sure why it doesn't work for you guys but I have done it one 3 different combinations of xbox and TV and it worked on them all.
Are you using a TV with some bizarre aspect ratio?

When you move those arrows and save, go back and notice it resets those arrows and the screen does not change.
Troubleshooting says for me to delete my save file and restart to set it but that never works. I just left it as another broken game bug
