Last night, I played for a few hours and I must admit that performance is much improved. I ported directly to the Orsinium wayshrine without issue and the NPCs/textures loaded quickly. I was actually able to ride my mount with an active costume and pet. I wandered around town, completed writs/turned them in, without any issues except for the occasional framerate drops.

All in all, it seems that the game is actually playable now. So, go do your writs!

I successfully turned in my writs but still hesitant to go into any buildings where I normally get the crash loop issue before this last update. Would like to hear if anyone was brave enough to try and if they had any issues.
