Does any magicka ability scale off of spell damage/crit?
For example, does the magicka ability flame lash (morph of lava whip)scale off of spell damage and crit?

Any skill that uses Magicka is based on Max Magicka (so the higher your magicka cap is, the more damage) and off of your Spell Damage. Spell Critical is just the chance that a Magicka ability with hit as a critical.
