Does anyone know if the blinding effect is still in game as Blinding Flashes and Akatosh Blessing used to gave it?

✭The Temp skill was taken out a long time ago. The armour skill is still there in the pre-Vet set as far as I'm aware. They have changed it so it won't work on a number of bosses.
Major Maim is the closest equivalent which is a 30% reduction on enemy incoming damage which you get from Nova ultimate.PUG Life - the true test of your skill

VoiDGhOs7✭✭✭✭I know that Blinding Flashes got removed long time ago and the blinding effect was changed so it wont affect bosses but I want to know if the blinding effect still works in PvE/PvP.Edited by VoiDGhOs7 on August 20, 2016 10:01PM1
