Running back to bleaks... tried jumping onto a rock... slowly, and I mean slowly, slid down the rock... killed by the mass of EP... I might of said a few colorful things to the rock, okay I raged a bit

We had a dude in my guild get coms banned about 5 times. Needless to say he's no longer in the guild.

Weirdly in my life I don't think I've ever sent anyone something that amounts to an unsolicited rage message. I live by a simple code; if you try to gank me and you die, you get a teabag.

Or if you're a certain magplar who likes to exchange radiant oppressions with me for 10 minutes from on top of a resource only to escape from my group, followed by falling for the old "guy sitting on his chair on a bridge trick" leading to him getting insta melted by a dozen people ... you also get the bags.

That second one might be a bit too specific. Haha.

I have gotten several hate tells in Cyrodiil, I always tend to laugh.

I suck. I'm bad at PvP. If someone has to cry to me about dying, I really feel bad for them.

Like I say I just laugh those off. If a group of people invited me to a party and did that, they would all be reported for harassment. I mean it's one thing to let a single person vent steam, but I'm not going to let a whole group do it.

I really wonder what changes to this type of behavior update 12 will bring. I mean, I would expect people to not be as rude considering the possibility of needing to play with each other later in PVE.

In the last couple months I was getting so many hate tells that (while pretty funny at times) I just go in "offline" mode now so I don't have to think up so many witty retorts. Really peaceful actually.

Nah, I am entirely average. But certain things will definitely invoke a rage tell.

Use Radiant Destruction --> Rage tell
Be a Templar (currently) --> Rage Tell
One shot (or basically one-shot) --> Rage Tell
Run in any group larger than your opponents group --> Rage tell

And since these are things that I do on a regular basis I was getting lots of them.

You know how it is in Cyrodiil. If your group out numbers the other group by one or more, you're zerging. Some of the players should learn what a zerg actually is.

The tells I get are more like "Sorry, I wasn't trying to kill you" (yes, that was a real one)

I'd honestly prefer getting some rage tells now and then.

It's not just PVP. I was farming mats in Hew's Bane and beat someone to a rune when I used Ambush to take out the nearby NPC and then grabbed the node right next to him. Next thing I see, someone is in zone chat complaining about all the NB scripters and their speed optimized farming alts targeting nodes and how they would have reported the person but they moved to quickly to target and stealthed before they could get the @name.

Stealth? In a PVE zone? This person was just upset that they lost the race. Blame everyone else for their own failure.

Hate tells are funny, I sometimes reply depends on what they say, most of the time they send a nasty tell and put you on ignore before you reply, if your don't have the cojones to get a reply don't send a hate tell in the first place.

I find hate tells food for my soul, and couldn't care less what you have to say, your dead I am not end of story LOL..
How I killed you or how many killed you is irrelevant.

But it is all fun and sometimes you eat the bear, sometimes the bear eats you, that's life in pvp..

I'm a new player and have not been raged at yet, because frankly I suck. My corpse did get teabagged by a group of people after they killed me. It just made me laugh. People have to lighten up. I feel like it was a 'Welcome to pvpin' parade.

*sigh*.. you know.. It's the same as why do people cheat, steal, speeding in cars, commit crimes, hurt others, hack, etc..?! The world is a big place, with so many derelicts, immature and juveniles. Particularly with social media and online gaming, where accesses are afforded to the masses, it is unfortunate us good people have run-ins with these type of people and have to deal with them.

Another aspects that is annoying at most, is when there are multiple adds standing about a runestone, treasure chest, or material spot. You then engage those adds to clear them out so you can get to that runestone or chest, but then amidst your fight, and while you're occupied, some other player sneak in to grab that runestone, chest or material and just takes off, without lending a hand or anything. Granted, there are so many material and ore spots, and I can easily clear any mob or enemy grouping in PvE or anywhere in Craglorn on my own, it is the principle of things. How can someone just come by and take it, all the while someone else is engaging adds or mobs and not lending a hand; doesn't matter if that player in contact needs help or not. Heck, I would and have given that runestone, chest or material to that someone who had jumped in the fight; even though, I didn't need the help.

I think it is just common courtesy to jump in to help (I surely do) and not take anything from somebody else who was there first. As me on the other side, when I do come upon some other player or players engaging a mob, I jump in, and when it is over, I leave and not take the material or ore, because that is what that player was there first to get.

Haven't had many hate PMs however as a perma-blocker, malubeth user PvP tank I always laugh at the group tea-bagging session that begins when I do eventually die - I can taste the salt in thier sweaty parts

I once got ganked by a group of 3 people. I then cam back with my friend and one pug and killed them. After they died, I got a whisper saying we were bad because we 6v3ed them. I guess 3 other people somehow were created in his mind. So I replied back to him challenging him to a 2v3 (my friend and I versus him and his two friends). We won the 2v3 (about a 10 second fight) and then I got a whisper back saying one of the guys didn't have his food up. You just can't win with some people.

But the best whispers are the ones when you 1vx someone and they think that it somehow wasn't a fair fight because you were outnumbered and that they could have killed you 1v1.

Every single EU AD so called 1vX'er that has ever been in game past and present. I can't imagine stepping back in Cyrodiil with my Mag Templar in it's current ridiculously OP state but I'm sure the whispers would be much more than "ur **** 1v1".
