Engine Guardian Monster Helm - which resource is restored?

Hi, as per title. With the Engine Guardian Monster Set, which resource is restored? Is it the one you need? Or a rotation through all three? Or does Light version give you magika, Medium Stamina and so on?

It can give you Health when you need Stamina or Magicka . It doesn't matter what kind of armor you use . Totally random .

Thanks dudes. Still good but partly sucks if you are focused on only needing one resource. I like my idea of Light = Magika and so on!

@Bdawwg It's Engine Guardian, hence me asking as I've had the shoulders an age so thought I would as it feels the most generic set I could share between my Alts.
