Improved Cyrodiil Vendors
In this update, we’ve made a number of improvements to the vendors you find in Cyrodiil:
All armor sold by the Rare Items Merchant (Adhazabi Aba-daro the Golden) in exchange for Alliance Points now has the Impenetrable trait.
Armor she sells for gold is unchanged, and has either the Infused or Divines trait.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom
it was never in divines, does this mean divines was added or is this a typo?

    also a good one
    "Bone Shield:
This ability and its morphs now absorb all damage instead of just physical damage.
This ability and its morphs will now scale their damage shield values based on your maximum stamina instead of your maximum health."
    they reverted changes

This was a tricky one to word. The merchant's inventory that can be sold for gold is unchanged, but we added Divines to those pieces. We'll add a parenthetical to this note to make it a bit more clear.

    And what about Bone shield?

I hope it is not a typo and you actually change the shield scale to stamina as you did first cause is the only stam shield.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom While we've got you here...

    - Has the change made on PTS to Bone Shield been reverted? Natch potes say it scales with maximum stamina?
    - Has the change made on PTS to Guard been reverted? IIRC the stamina penalty was removed at the expense of having to double-bar - notes seem to suggest the penalty remains in place?

    Thanks!

Bone Shield is now useless to Magicka users, so not everyone in PVP will be running shields. This is a big deal when it comes to choosing weapon traits now.

while youre answering questions, does the vampirism stage ultimate cost reductions stack with blessing of the potentates?

Blessing of the Potentates: This item set’s Ultimate cost reduction is now a multiplicative bonus, along with all other sources of Ultimate cost reduction (Power Stone, Restoring Spirit, Akaviri Dragonguard, and Savior’s Hide.)

Vampire Stage benefits and penalties are now as follows:
Stage 1: 0% Flame Damage taken, 0% Vampire Ability cost reduction, 0% Health Recovery reduction
Stage 2: 15% Flame Damage taken, 7% Vampire Ability cost reduction, 25% Health Recovery reduction
Stage 3: 20% Flame Damage taken, 14% Vampire Ability cost reduction, 50% Health Recovery reduction
Stage 4: 25% Flame Damage taken, 21% Vampire Ability cost reduction, 75% Health Recovery reduction

    @Pomaikai

The stamina scaling was added in the first iteration of DB PTS - more recently it was reverted back to health scaling - so this could just be an error in these notes. Either that or they reverted to their initial redesign.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom can i get answer on couple questions from patchnotes:
    1. In 2.4.4 stamina recovery penalty was removed from Guard in exchange of slotting it on both bars. There is no words about it in live patchnotes. Was it reverted?
    2. There is no info about removing cooldown from Maw of Lorkhaj. Was it reverted and still has cooldown?

I know since the PTS first opened up, the talk was that everyone would be running Bone Shield in PVP. Templars were actually a little excited about finally getting access to a decent shield that people would actually consider slotting.

The shield should be stamina scaled. But some whinners were afraid to see one stamina shield cause all was about magicka in this game again. Now that is a bit more balanced...some people cried. I hope Zos didnt listened to those.

Yes, the Bone Shield changes were reverted. The ability scales off maximum Health. The note that mentions it scaling off of Stamina is incorrect - removing it now (sorry about that!)

The Guard changes were not reverted. It no longer has a stamina penalty, but is removed if you swap to a bar where the ability doesn't exist. Fixing this note as well and adding a note about the edits.

Is the trait random on items-priced-in-gold? Like it might be Infused or might be Divines and it can change from weekend to weekend? Or are they always sold in both Infused and Divines at the same time?

I wasn't able to find the movement speed nerf to dark stalker in the patch notes. Is this change unintended or are they just missing from the patch notes?

I don't know you but that word, for my understanding, means one or another BUT with a possibility of one or another.

And so far, Divines NEVER appeared. But Impenetrable for those addicted to PvP is always there, regularly.

Just change this to Impenetrable for AP and Infused AND Divines for Gold. You'll make everyone happy!

    Hi there, necromancer

It is true that something is wrong with those patch notes - not once has the Cyro golden vendor ever had a Divines monster piece. It has been Infused week after week.

its a typo. people are not expected to have the trait they want (divines) be it from the vendor or anything else unless the chance is 2%, then its legit
