Gamescon Stream isn't happening. No Update 12 info? :(

Hi ZOS. I love the team, I love the work you do and the world you've given us...but I'm feeling rather disappointed right now 
Gamescon was supposed to be streamed according to the website and yet today we find out through an attendee it won't.
My disappointment doesn't just come from the fact I won't be able to watch (despite planning my day to do so) but the fact we were not notified by a member of staff, nor was the information updated.
I genuinely support you and the game but moments like these make me feel so undervalued
Is it possible to have more communication next time? Perhaps a reason as to why it was cancelled today?

Gamescom is right around the corner, and The Elder Scrolls Online team is coming to Cologne! Come to the ESO Tavern in the Gir Keller in the historic center of Cologne on Friday, August 19, and Saturday, August 20 and meet Game Director Matt Firor, Creative Director Rich Lambert, Dungeon Lead Mike Finnigan, and Community Manager Kai Schober.
If you're going to be in Cologne for gamescom, we'd love for you to join us! The ESO Tavern will be open from 6pm to midnight Central European Time on both days. In addition to a meet & greet with impromptu discussions and mingling, we have lots of other fun activities planned. We'll tell you all about our latest DLC game pack, Shadows of the Hist, and give some lucky members of the community the opportunity to play some of this new content with the team. We'll give you a first look at One Tamriel, and an exclusive preview of our content for Update 12. We're also planning a workshop exploring the crafts of cosplay and prop making with special guests Artcore Cosplay.
If you're planning to attend gamescom and you'd like to join us, email us at community@elderscrollsonline.com to confirm your attendance. Please let us know if you plan to visit the ESO Tavern on Friday, Saturday, or both days, and we'll be happy to add your name to our guest lists!
If you're not able to attend our ESO Tavern in Cologne in person, don't worry. We'll be streaming the main developer activities (in English) on our Twitch channel. We're also planning to be at PAX West next month; keep an eye on our website and social channels for details very soon.

Hi guys, unfortunately we ran into some difficulties and won't be able to stream from the gamescom event this weekend. We will, however, be publishing an article on the website early next week covering all the information (including info about Update 12).

1) OneTamriel is coming with the next update
2) Combined console population is slightly bigger than the PC population
3) We might be seeing more of Sheogorath at some point
4) ZOS is researching a smartphone app and might do one at some point.
