Crashing from the game

I am unsure of this issue.
I asked several times and no one was able to assist me with this issue
I'd be in the middle of a game. I could be roleplaying, in a dungeon, PvP or even at the end of a trial and it'd occur
What would happen is everything would freeze, Audio would stop. desktop mouse would appear but no popup would be showing.
Alt+Tab would not work. CTRL+ALT+DEL wouldn't be of help either, I just spam esc button and click around until it exits the game, what also shows is the highlight cursor where you want to
highlight text and it'd appear in the middle of the screen once you moved it to the middle.
a message error was showing in Log
Memory error: Unable to allocate canvas buffers after 6 attempts
Now what I have done to try to fix this issue is
Uninstall, Reinstall.
Verfied Cache through steam.
Repaired Game Files through client
removed several addons
but nothing seems to work.
I run Windows 10 Asus Gaming
Intel i7 HD Graphics 4600
NVidia GeForce GTX 860
2.5 ghz
8GB Ram
all drivers are up to date and never had this issue, Started when dark brotherhood dlc was released.

Have you tried the game with no addons? That is the first troubleshooting step you should do if you notice issues after an update, whether to the game or the to addons you use. If the game runs better, then you know it is one of your addons. Probably the Lib menu if you can't narrow it down. Never remove or disable some addons then think the rest are not causing the issue, you never know which one it could be that is causing this issue for you. Unless you disable them all, then add one back at a time testing the game each time.
Do you use Minion? That can easily keep your addons up to date for you. I have not had this error message like you describe.
Also, after updates, LUA memory parameters can get reset, there is an addon that will keep that at the stable value.

oMrRust✭✭✭✭I was removing addons as well, even the biggest of my addons. Master Merchant. Foundry Tactical Combat. Awesome Guild Store.
as for no addons, I don't think I could play the game without any addons lol.
I also do use Minion, That is how I keep track and update all my addons0
