There are not many abilities that give you empower, so I would say wrecking blow, and choose a seperate cc.0 -
Haquor✭✭✭✭✭On my stamplar i dont use either actually. Javelin... rush... dawnbreaker... jabs... reverse slice.
Just my playstyle i guess.0
