Would farming a million ap in less then 24 hours be considered an exploit

    Xbox community needs to pick up their game ;) they are all free AP. On PC the average player is more geared and more experienced and harder to kill.

    1mil AP in 24hrs could be done easily on Xbox by a good player. Could be done on PC but would be a bit harder, still doable though that is only like 50k AP an hr, just need a guild that has members that cover all the time zones so you consistently have a strong small man running.

    Tl;dr really weigh the fun you have in game vs the business practices you are supporting.

    It depends. It is most definitly possible given you have the AP bonus from delves and are in a good group fighting pugs. It's also entirley possible people are feeding someone so they can make that amount in a day. You can get 200k+ ap in an hour with only two or three people, and it is kind of looked down upon but i've never heard of anyone being banned for it.

    Depends on the people that you're killing. Got about 2.5 mill one weekend with about 4 people. Seems like none of the people I was killing had any idea of PVP gear.

    Why would something like that be able to happen, when u have leader board for emp. Shouldn't getting emp have different requirement, then how much ap u can farm. Seems a little unfair and broken...

    With spies and friends with alts in other factions.... Well a exploit is when your using a broken mechanic such as skills to gain a un-fair advantage... what would farming friends to boost up the leader boards be counted as ?

    You can amass 1 million AP in a day for sure. It may not all be "legit" per say but it can be done. Since launch I've never heard of anyone being banned for it either.

    Probably not legit but also not punishable offense . Farming friends for points to pas up current leader has been a tactic of less honorable Emperorships .

    Well it defiantly is cheesy but a exploit eh I'm guessing not since AvA is about attacking and defending keeps for your faction but willing doing it over and over might be another thing.

    But doing just so your friend can get a boost in the leaderboards past legitimate players hard work to become a emperor will quickly name you and their friends as .... words I really can not repeat on the forums.

    Its called resource boosting and its how the gitgud crowds roll man. Join em or don't

    Just seems like everyone is ap farming these days and not playing the game, how its suppose. Who can acquire the most AP the fastest, y not implement an emp timer or if an emp dies then second place get emp. Just seems like more and more people care about their AP, then actually trying to controlling cyrodill. Well on Xbox..

    There was a guy on PC NA who solo farmed 1 million in a night. He regularly got 500k+ a night if he tried. He's not making anything up.

    It's also possible via "legit" methods. It's not an exploit to "boost" it either, it's just lame and cheap.

    You can do it in 10 hours easily if you're emp, 24 hours its really easy if you want to put that much effort, all legit.

    When I was helping a friend push the leaderboards for emp I got 600k in less then 8 hours with my 8 man group, it just requires a lot of fighting, we were practically the only ep so creating fights wasn't hard

    I've done the math and it's been shown so many times. If you want to believe it or not is up to you
