So i've searched through everything available with no clear explanation or fix to this issue. I get my DirectX is 'unsupported' and i've checked the ESO help page on it countless times, but when i open up dxdiag it doesn't show the 'DDI Version' so i'm not sure what i should be looking for instead? I just need to know if there's a fix for this without replacing something external on my computer and if there isnt, if i should buy a new graphics card or new computer all together. I've always been able to play on the game although i stopped and uninstalled it just before the Thieves Guild patch hit and haven't played since, please help?
