Is it even possible to run VMA with 216cp?!

Hello everyone!
I used to play console eso and now I'm on PC-NA. I am an experienced player but I've been grinding cp on PC to get back to where I was on console. I wanted to run VMA but before I even attempt it is it possible to run without 531cp? I mean, obviously possible but how hard is it? Anyone done it on low cp?

✭✭Lowest I've seen is under that. Was under 210. 2% in reductions and recovery is hardly giving it that much of a buff.PC Master Race

IMHO magnb makes vma so simple I farm it now. I do it at least 3 times a day but I've been getting horrible traits from end chest
