PS4 group finder still broken same symptoms as last patch

Yesterday afternoon and evening: queuing for random veteran dungeon as tank: ALWAYS get in a group within 30 seconds. Did it over a dozen times.
Today: Queue for random veteran dungeon - Wait 50 minutes and no group.
Restart PS4 - Queue - wait 30 minutes - no group.
Leave queue - join group with random person - leave group - re-queue - wait 15 minutes - still no group.
Leave queue, switch characters and spend an hour in cyrodiil.
Switch back to tank- Re-queue - wait 30 minutes - still no group.
I've had this for over a month now. One day it works and the next day it doesn't.
Today: Queue for random veteran dungeon - Wait 50 minutes and no group.
Restart PS4 - Queue - wait 30 minutes - no group.
Leave queue - join group with random person - leave group - re-queue - wait 15 minutes - still no group.
Leave queue, switch characters and spend an hour in cyrodiil.
Switch back to tank- Re-queue - wait 30 minutes - still no group.
I've had this for over a month now. One day it works and the next day it doesn't.
End the tedious inventory management game.

On pc here but These are the ones that always mess me up. Ive had times I queue instant pop. Do dungeon. Queue again. Instant pop do dungeon. Queue again, 4 hours later no group....
It makes no sense. Of course this was awhile ago i havent succesfully found a dungeon in about a month. Although i admit i dont try as often as i did.0
