Chatpad problem

My xbone chatpad is misbehaving and i want to know if any of you have had similar problems. the special keys are all wrong. if i want to type a question mark i hit the green button and the the dot button as indicated to make a question mark, but instead it types a _ symbol... almost all of the keys do not match their green or orange counterparts.

SwaminoNowlino✭✭✭✭✭That's odd. I really recommend the smart glass app or do like i did and get a full blown keyboard. Much better than the chatpads IMOXbox NA : CP 160 StamPlar, MagNB, MagSorc, StamSorc, StamDK, StamNB, Level 10 MagDK & MagPlar, StamWarden, MagWarden

SwaminoNowlino✭✭✭✭✭Yep. Has to be a USB keyboard, the internet says wired, but I'm not sure if a wireless with dongle would work or not. Those usually have drivers to install so that may be the issue.
Anyways I use a standard wired USB keyboard with a 10ft USB extender. I also use a powered USB splitter, but you don't need that. Mhorr✭Had the same problem, changing the keyboard language in English (US) from the settings solved it0
