Furthermore, I noticed the bars were not identical which honestly makes it harder to pinpoint the precise cause. Did you try making both bars identical and THEN swapping in FoO? Furthermore, did you try seeing if the same result was reproduced by putting FoO over other skills as well?

You can "fix" this by giving Inner Light a higher slot number. When it is to the right of Flames of Oblivion on your action bar then this does not happen.Peace is a lie, there is only passion.0 -
