So how is console version running?

Recently due to lack of performance on console i had ended my eso plus and switched back to playing on pc but these characters are far behind and do miss my guilds/friends on their i was just wondering if this recent patch has given any improvements to the over all performance of the console version with crashing, random loading screens, over all fps drops things like that. I had also seen console text chat finally made it in is it any good? thanks for who ever takes time to answer!

thats really good to hear i remember walking threw wayrest loading every 2 min and then having to wait like 5 min at the pledge area just for npcs to spawn
glad its fixed may have to come back and give it a try!

✭no issues for me atm. came back after being burned out of the game (for playing it to mutch and the problems) and just had one time i had to restart the client cause i was stuck in a DB quest loading screen but that was it. haven't been in Orsinium though so don't know if the random kicks/loadingscreens are still there.0 -

✭I've had zero random load screens after patch
On one hand I have, it was in kvatch arena just as knight commander panthius was entering, but I survived it.
On the other hand, for weeks you would reliably have a load screen in the exact same spots coming and going between the dark brotherhood sanctuary and the way shrine as the game loaded whatever details there were about all the other people in the area - and I had none in those locations yesterday.
Looks like they really got the game to be more tolerant of working with just the black silhouettes with this update. At first too many of them would crash the thing, making the idea of going to grahtwood (and I heard mournhold) feel like a stab to the eye with a rusty spoon. Update, and then we would get load screens rather than a crash, which still made heavy crowds a pain, like the undaunted pledge pickup spot. Now with this update, I went to the undaunted enclave yesterday and checked the pledges and left while surrounded by black silhouettes spamming their area effects, all without a loading screen. 2 thumbs up.
Come to think of it though, I did have a crash to dashboard. In Bruma, I was standing there flipping the flag next to the siege merchant, all three flags were in some sort of state of contention, the new npcs were there, and talking to the siege merchant ganked the game straight to dashboard.Xbox NA0 -

the only noticeable bug I saw last night was that the big boss from Kvatch arena would not spawn but it still completed the quest. Wasn't this same thing happening on PC and they fixed it? thought I saw a post about that0 -

✭I was with my guild, in PVP, last night and we got ambushed against a 45 man zerg at Ash farm last night. Lag was almost non-existent. Though, I do run on ethernet cable not wireless.

yeah it seems like that is all anyone is using Text chat for unless they are in PvP....and even then MOST of the posts are still people selling stuff with a few "red zerg at Ash" or "need help defending Aleswell" thrown in.
I hope people realize the power that Text chat can have in Cyrodil if they use it right. But if everyone continues to try to be a salesman most people will simply turn it off and not even look1 -

I had some enemy call outs when I was at Glademist when I used the /yell feature. I saw our reinforcements not in our party go upstairs and I heard sounds of fighting. I also used the /yell feature to let everyone know the breaches where repaired.
It's a very useful tool for players not in a group.1 -

✭Oh yeah, by the way. There was a trash talker from another alliance that kept spamming about how glorious he was, you can go to Options, Social and Text Chat. Select his text he wrote and you can block his PSN ID from there. Then I couldn't see his spam anymore. Might be useful for some of you guys who run into spammers.2 -

✭I haven't had any random loading screens, but I've had some crashes when travelling from one wayshrine to another. Cyro is still a laggy, 15-20 fps experience, though.
