ZOS, please make the game sweet by allowing any Crown Store items to have a (very) rare drop rate in open world loot, or treasure chests.
Think of what this will do for open world exploration. There will actually be a reason to explore and play outside again.

I can't see this going well at all.Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.
