Minotaur & Order Of The Hour Motifs Question

Do both of these quests to obtain the motifs listed in the title come from the same bounty board in Kvatch ?? Does that mean that since you can only get one bounty a day from the bounty boards that you can't get both motif chapters in the same day depending on which quest it gives you that day?? Unless there is something I am missing.

EDIT: As AzraelKrieg says, you can group with other people to get the 'other' one for this.

You'll only get one per day but just like the World Bosses in Orsinium, you can form a group and share the one you have people that have the other one.

So if the Order of the Hour motifs comes only if you get the quest from the Kvatch bounty board, can you get the Minotaur motif quest from either bounty board (Kvatch or Anvil) ?? Or just a one bounty board ?? Today the Anvil bounty board gave me a completely different quest going to Hrota Cave, so there was no chance of getting any of the new motif chapters. Kvatch gave me the arena, but I didn't get a motif.

The Anvil board won't give a motif drop. Only the Kvatch one will. So if you get the one for the Minotaur boss today, find a group that is wanting to do the Arena boss and are willing to share the quest to get both done.

Its also a 'chance' to get the motf, not guaranteed. From the drops I've been getting it seems like a 1 in 5 chance to get motif.
