Cronopoly✭✭✭✭✭Have you tried a Tracert command (assuming pc) to see if it's in transit in one of the network hops to the endpoint IP address?
I'd also run a "netstat /all" to see what's going on in your PC network ports just in case. It could be a million things.1 -
