Zenimax ninja-fixed the Decisive Attack Speed bug

So now that Attack Speed modifiers are COMPLETELY removed from the game will this remain so or does Zenimax have plans to re-introduce ways to increase Attack Speed later on?

P.S. They also ninja-reset the cost to reskill. It's back to 50 gold per point.

    I wish ZOS would implement Respec'ing at a Skill Line Level. I don't need to respec EVERY skill I have every time.

    I don't know if the skill respec is really a ninja nerf, they dropped the cost for the last update temporarily. Ours only lasted for a week on the PC for the cheapo respecs
