Dungeon Finder doesn't work

The dungeon finder never works! fix it so people can enjoy doing dungeons and pledges. I have old pledges that no one does, but if I use the dungeon finder for specific dungeons I can , as it counts as random for others. Why will you not fix the dungeon finder, why not remove it entirely if it doesn't work? It makes you look bad Zenimax.
