Nirnhoned in armor

Makes sense use this traits for maybe 1 piece of armor if I have the intention to do pve and pvp?

I was thinking use infused in head, chest and legs, Impenetrable in boots and belt, Well fitted in shoulders and Nirnhoned in hands.

How do you see it?

That... actually sounds really bad. I don't know what class or setup you're using but that is definitely not the trait scheme you want to go with.

Just make two sets, one for PvP and one for PvE. All impen for PvP. For PvE it really depends on your class and setup. If you're running Twice-Born Star you'll want Divines (and that does tend to be the best recommended crafted set for stamina DD). If you're a tank you'll probably want Sturdy.

Magicka DD... well, they're kinda gimped right now.

Nirhoned is terrible. For pvp, impen small bits. For pve, divines small for dps or healer, sturdy small for tank - magbe divines but depends on tank style and class.

All impen for pvp?... also the big parts? I'm not losing a big boost to my stamina pool if I don't put infuse?

I mean, impen is the same value for all the parts, the same is put it on a chest or shoulders... why don't better mix some traits?

For what I heard not everybody is running critic builds, for the same reason that everybody thinks everybody has impen...

Do you really think my decision is so bad?

not worth it you get about 300 more resistance for a light waist and i know that for sure haha

might even be better off using reinforced which basically means dont use either of them at all!

i personally use divines for smaller pieces and infused for larger. PVP id say inpen and divines for all pieces and the number split based on what you think you would need more of

Ok so let me explain a few things: for armor its chest>shoulder/head/legs/boots>hand>waist. And for enchants chest/legs/shield/helm>boots/hand/shoulders/waist.

So infused is best on head/chest/shield/legs, while reinforced (at least for HA) is best on everything but hand and waist (<=1800AR).

If you were 5HA-1-1 then I would MA gloves, LA waist. Divines waist, hands. I wouldn't nirnhorn anything HA since the only 2 that could benefit are divines. I could divine, impen, reinforce boots and shoulders. After that, personally, I would go all infused.

Ymmv if you go LA or MA for your 5. If you are changing sets, HA to chest as it's the highest AR. Impen is best on small pieces as is divines. Nirnhorned is good on AR under 1800 by piece, otherwise reinforced is best.

I work impen if I can't break 40k hp. If I can then, AR is a great option because you'll survive most crits

Don't know anyone using nirnhoned. I think it used to be good a long time ago, but now things are changed.

In PvE for stamina DPS I use all 7 medium divines; well helmet is infused because I haven't farmed a med divines Skoria. I think you would go the same route with light armor for a magic DPS.

If tanking, 5/1/1 gloves and belt is good setup Reinforced or sturdy, are the way to go I think. Be sure to use the skill points in the right armor passives and undaunted mettle to really make it worth doing.

I would definitely have a different armor setup for PvP if you like Cyrodil, but I don't so can't help ya there.

So if I want to do pvp better enchant my set with devines and impen right? what about for example 4 divines and 3 impen? is the same where i put the trait?

I tend to agree with this. I can't see nirhoned (nirncrux) being useful for anything other than to piece something together in order to be able to research its trait, so you can craft those armor/weapon sets that require all nine traits to be researched.

Nirnhoned is only worth it on shields in pve.
For all other parts, there are better options.

Nirnhone in armor, just don't. It's bad enough on weapons and worse on armor. Almost anything else is more beneficial.
