This makes me so glad I am a pc player. I would not be able to stand voice chat. If I had it on the newer consoles which I do not own by the way. I do have a xbox three sixty and a playstation but basically haven't touched them since I have been playing on pc for a few years.

Don't worry, you're not missing much. Voice chat is so widely unused due to how easy it is to disrupt that most people just leave it off.

I do think consoles will get some game breaking bugs, like the group glitch. Which was said to be happening on ps4 already but it will most likly make it harder for console players to group. I would imagine lag would be also not a good thing on consoles because the text chat might add a lot of it. If they are just adding the pc version of it. Well I wish all the console players luck with tomorrows patch.

If it's anything like what was showcased on the last ESO Live, it won't be ENTIRELY the same as what PC has. Also normal grouping works fine on PS4 (can't vouch for XB1) and should still work fine as Zenimax vouched for that and hopefully that will be enough but I cannot speak for Group Finder which personally I never use anyway lol

Well, I expect a lot of people celebrating in zone chat on consoles first day. I bet a lot of political/religous discusions, guild recruiting and maybe even those gold spammers >.< to infest it. Well On pc we don't get Gold sellers any more, but I imagine they would have much more luck with consoles. Which I hope you folks don't have to deal with.

I expect ridiculous spam until the hype dies down. I also expect Elden Root and Rawl'kha to be crowded as ****. Speaking from an AD perspective that is lol

Im not hyped at all, but maybe any1 can give me some hope back because I dont really understand some issues:

In PvP and PvE (12 man Trials) the FPS of me (and other people around me) drop so hard, its just not enjoyable. I cant remember those drops when game was in PS4 beta and until IC. Now my question, why I did lose all hopes:

When I have those FPS-drops, I dont feel "laggy" u know, my abilites basically still "fire" when I click them. So I assume that the hardware on the PS4 just cant handle this game anymore (every other game runs smoothly, my PS4 isnt ***), but since it really get worse about the last 3-4 months, could they fix it somehow? Is the issue not on our side and they can fix it (they wont lower the graphics for ps4...)? Well, if it owuld be lag, I would have hopes since maybe they will upgrade their servers / netcode and fix the lag, but how do they wanna fix FPS?

I love that game for the variety and the combat system, but playing mostly with 15-30 FPS just SUCKS

Wrong. Ps4 server is down for PATCH maintenance right now. We are getting it TODAY.

This latest update for The Elder Scrolls Online launches on PC/Mac on August 1st, and both Xbox One and PlayStation®4 on August 16th.

Really hope PS4 gets it today and ZOS isnt just pre loading dlc ready for tomorrow.
