The launcher is not downloading the patch right what to do?

Well, I am trying to download the patch but it keeps at a certain point going back to the start with apply, and downloads to a certain point then goes back to the begining of apply how do I fix this or is there any fix? Like it has to roll itself back over and over again and I need a fix for this.

So to be clear, you're sure that it's downloading and applying the exact same file size every time? The launcher often downloads/applies multiple things for patches and whatnot, it's not always/usually just a single thing that gets downloaded and then applied.

What it does, is like applies starting from 7260, then applies to like 6300 something then returns to 7260 and any progress on the launcher returns to what ever precentege it was at the 7260.
Also kept getting 206 errors, yeah the launcher has not worked right since shadow of the hist update, any way to fix the launcher?

That's strange, I really don't know then. I'd say just give it a little more time to see if it works, and if it doesn't then just close it and try again, you can also try repairing the launcher and see if that makes any difference.

How do I just repair the launcher itself and not the game? I would like to be able to do this. Because I need the launcher to work right.
