Unable to activate synergies?

Anyone else experience this? Since probably Thieves Guild came out. Most of the time I can't activate synergies, and when I can it's a struggle to actually get it to work. It'll flash repeatedly and I have to spam X to get it to work. Some other people in-game get this too, but some don't. Is there a way to fix it?

I've gotten to where I don't even try to use them anymore. I would love the added DPS, resource return, etc. But I'm not standing in stupid for 30 seconds slamming the "X" key only to not have it work anyway.

Only time I would have trouble is when I'd have a crapton of lag. (In other words, all the time)

Yeah, especially in trials.
And its not just me, everyone is complaining that they cant activate mystic orbs.

The Synergies can only be activated by one person in most cases (not sure about the Veil of Blades? one that allows other players to go into Stealth if more than one can activate that one).

So, what I ask is, are you sure the Synergy is not being activated at all by someone, or is it that no one can activate it? Also, if you make sure only one tries to activate the synergy (for testing) does it activate easier than if two are trying?

When I'm Tanking and someone drops Lightining @ my feet...I promise nobody has hit "X" on it...considering they're standing 20 feet to the side.

When I'm Healing and toss a Orb at a DPS that's off to the side I know that nobody has hit it. It was for them only and it hasn't exploded yet.

Hm, no, not really.

I am always able to activate them ^^ It happens though that sometimes a guildie of mine clicks X quicker than me haha but every single time I have the possibility to activate it it works

I had an issue synergizing Solar Prison when NPC mobs were all crowding the synergy radius. It would even bug out to the extent that I would hear a resource depletion clicking sound instead of it actually going through and synergizing. This was last week or so... not sure if it's been looked into.

I speculated with someone that maybe the NPC bodies might be getting in the way, but who knows what could really be causing the problem.

I have experienced a few issues with pressing buttons in general.

Especially after the SoTH update... Keybindings got screwy, even if it properly showed the key... Unbinding and rebinding worked for specific characters. Deleted saved variables from keybinding addons, and also go through and redo all my keybinds... Since I did that no issues on any characters.

Nova is the worst. Cannot synergise that at all.

What about Shards and Impale?

One of the most common complaints going out in raids is that synergies can't be activated. Definitely something wrong with them -.-
