my friend who does not have an account on forums has accidentally turned on shissu ava/game booster and now all the textures are weird and he can not turn them off or change them back can you please give advice?

    I'm no specialist, but uninstall, delete all the remaining files related to eso (incluing on the my documents folder) and reinstall?

    I would say to repair it using the launcher but that never actually works for me.

    so only thing he can do is reinstall whole game?

    As I said, I'm no specialist, but I would try to repair first, if it didn't work (as most of the times), I would delete everything than reinstall it.

    Not sure what the heck that shissu ava/game booster is, but if it's causing issues, you don't need to be a forum member to submit a support/trouble ticket to ZOS. Contrarily to many complains of slower responses from ZOS, they do respond to the ticket. Just tell your friend to be patient and give the good ZOS folks a bit to analyze and respond. As far as getting into the forum, it's quite easy. Just tell your friend to submit a ticket to ZOS for them to email him an invite and instructions on how to sign up for a forum account. Besides, it is better to have an account for this forum, for when such issues arise.

    I've never used it, but before doing a full game re-install, I'd suggest:

    1. Quit game
    2. Remove the addon
    3. Rename the eso "UserSettings.txt" file to something else (save it just in case)
    4. Start the game and see if that fixed it (your settings will have been reverted to defaults)

    I think he has submitted ticket to get forum account few times at least that what he told me as for ZOS will they help with addon problem? since it's not really ZOS problem

    Yes.. even if it may not be ZOS's area, they could be able to direct him or point him towards the right direction. I had an in-game issue, and with the response I received, ZOS recognized it was a PS4-related issue and directed me to PSN and Sony, which I did, and I got help from the good Sony/PSN support folks.
