Maintenances used to be done after a few hours. But now, every liddle patch usually takes up to 8-10 hours.

We have had 9-12 hour maintenances every week for the last few weeks, and it hasn't cleared up all bugs. I've been here since beta, and there have been fairly regular long maintenances, and bugs still exist.
I don't mind there being maintenances, but I do get a bit fed up with people naively predicting that this will be the one maintenance that is worth being long because it will fix stuff.GM - Ghost Sea Trading Co - NA PC

I agree,
if these extremly long maintenance's actually would fix things then it wouldnt be such a pain in the behind.
And all they (ZoS) can comment is that it is a "necesary evil" ,yeah it would be if it would fix something.1 -

purple-magicb16_ESO✭✭✭✭✭Maintenance is always a minimum of 4 hrs. Usually 4-6 hrs but sometimes can be the better part of the day.
BTW the game will never be "all fixed" as long as they keep adding new content. Even old content (that originally worked fine) gets broken by the addition of new content at times.
