Error Msg Refs to Housing and Funiture Sharing functionality

I keep getting this error when I log onto one of my characters:

It goes away when I click Dismiss Error. The error appears to have no effect on anything else.

Interesting that it refers to Shared Furniture.

I wasn't really expecting players to be able to customise housing to the extent of adding furniture. I guess I was wrong.

Perhaps this means that when you first buy your house in ESO it will be like the houses in Skyrim, furnished only with cobwebs and broken boxes.

I hope our wood workers will be able to make furniture. Otherwise buying all those housing upgrades is going to cost a shi t-ton of crowns.

If you weren't expecting to be able to add furniture to housing, then I would suggest that your expectations are very low (compared to a lot of us at least!)

But yeah that message popped up for me after the last patch.

I keep getting a ui error message. Its annoying as hell, especially if it pops in the middle of a fight!

If one could not customize one's house or use furniture, the whole thing could as well just be dropped - no one needs a home, where one can do nothing with it - so they have to make usable furniture and a variety of customization possible. A home, which looks just like everyone else's home, why would one want to buy something like this?

No, its a problem with ZOS's code and only their code. This was brought up to them on the ESOUI forums a little while back but it hasn't been fixed yet even though those of us working on add-ons are constantly plagued by it.

I still have this feeling that the relatively recent addition of descriptions to the treasures/junk you get might be usable for housing. I kept my Stuffed Sep Adder, and some Dibella statues.....Can't wait to find out.

I too thought this was an add-on related buggy thingy.
I only get this error everytime i log in tho. I dont recall gettin it any other time.

I don't use any add-ons. Never have. The only thing really different about this character from my others is that I haven't reallocated any of his CP since the last time they were all re-set. He's just a bag holder for equipment sets at the present. Never gets out of the bank.

As far as housing goes, the only thing I am really hoping for is some sort of container into which I can put all my equipment sets. But I am prepared to be disappointed. There may not be a container like that, or it may be just too ridiculously expensive for me to buy.

I really would like to get rid of my last two bag holders though.

Housing is nothing without furniture crafting and placement. DO YOU HEAR ME ZOS? Also, don't forget to make chairs and beds interactable so I can have all my guild sitting at the dinner table and sharing my bed.
