Should Motif achievements grant a Costume when being completed

Right now I am struggling to complete the Minotaurus crafting motives.
My main crafting chars almost has any crafting style currently ingame complete besides Dro M'atra and Minotaurus.
And, to be honest it sometimes it not really worth all the time and the money to be put it.

I talked to some guild mates earlier and we had a simple yet possible nice idea to motivate players into hunting down motives.
When completing a motif in your achievements list you will get a reward in form of the costumes shown in the Crown Store when selecting the motif for sale.
So a full light costume, a full medium and a full heavy costume for the characters to wear.

What do you think of it?
I really like "fashion" in ESO and i would love it to be able to switch between my favourite styles without having to reforge my entire sets (not to mention dropped sets who mostly come in their very own specific style)

Having all motifs is prize enough imo
We don't need more costumes for something like mastering a style of motifs.
Im all for unlocking perks for completing things but i don't think this is where I'd apply such things
    CP531 Air-eez Redguard DK DPS
    CP531 Hayd-eez Imperial DK Tank
    CP531 SomethinFishy Khajit NB DPS
    CP531 Heracl-eez Orc Sorc DPS
CP531 Anark-eez Dark Elf DK DPS
    CP531 Herm-eez Breton Temp DPS

Maybe just add some colours to the achievement to use to dye costumes and armour. Much like the ones they already do.

I think it would be very cool for making costumes to show your personal style independant from DPS or optimizing stuff because sometimes the monster sets are simply disrupting cosmetics. Imagine the possibilities when u can take what u want and still look like the Warrior of Ebonheart pact or the Aldmeri mage because thats the way u want it to be.

There should be ultra rare styles unlocked after you complete different milestones of full motif books.
And they should not be tradable, so you can't buy them of crafters, you have to put in the work, grind or buy them.

    ~ Immortal Redeemer ~
    ~ Grand Master Crafter ~
    ~ Master Angler ~
    ~ Former Emperor ~

...there are people who need to be motivated to complete Motifs?

Not that I'd mind extra goodies...but I'd personally rather be able to convert existing armor into a known style. That would solve the problem with Monster sets messing with the overall look of a character and would be a little more flexible besides.

The conversion idea of WhiteCoatSyndrome is pretty good.
I would really like to have this ingame.
