Regeneration; Rapid Regeneration; and Mutagen

How exacly does the targeting of these abilities works? Because sometimes I have to spam it a few times in order to hit the intented target.

Randomly selects an ally without the buff. Given the trolly nature of RNGesus, usually selects everyone, except the guy requiring it, first.

Honestly, it's bugged right now if you ask me. It does this thing where it continuously targets the same 2 targets no matter how many times you cast it and no matter how many allies are around. If you use another ability it MIGHT target someone else if you cast Regen again after using the other ability but then it goes right back to the same 2.

I think Regen should have a mechanic where anyone you target with the crosshair is automatically 1 of the 2 targets. That way you have more control over Regen.

Strange, in PvE at Dolemens I see people using it and it seems to hit different targets.

Atm it's going for the people with the lowest health overall rather than the lowest % health left.

Yeah, at first. Keep spamming it though, and you'll see what I mean...

Thas why I prefer healing springs over these skills, because I actually know where it's going to hit. It annoys me to spam it a few times and it never hits the intended target.
