The only downfall would be no purge and it's not a very easy setup to sustain with , one or two mistakes and you are toast. And that's just me being honest with you. The payoff is enormous though. The true op build comes from stamplar which has all that you just said plus a purge plus major vitality. That is where these sets become broken.

I made this build for two reasons, I felt like I was one of the first guys to combine these exact sets to use on nightblade( I was using this on literally day 1 of shadows of the hist patch, I had my eye on these sets for a couple weeks before) and I felt like no one else really had this specific mix of sets on a build for nightblade , and two, to showcase a build that is truly overpowered in many ways just so everyone can see what you can do with build crafting this update. You can truly break the games system (also to show some people who think I cheat how I accomplish what I accomplish, I have nothing to hide.) compared to some builds , this is a mediocre theory crafted build. There are some things out there that would blow your mind.
