Where are the RP hubs for each faction?

Weird that I find more RP happening in WoW than in this game. Or am I just missing it here?

wow is over a decade old and has a subculture that rivals small countries, ESO is two years old and has had two different staff changes and an almost complete re image since launch. That being said if your after small scale (10 people or less at most) RP then you can find RP guilds recruiting in capitals during peak hours, you may need to post yourself (in zone) to find one though just do it during say 7pm-11pm on whatever server you play on.

I can't speak for Pact or Dominion pre-level 50 areas, but for the Covenant there are actually quite a few RP hubs. Daggerfall, Sentinel, Shornhelm, Wayrest, and Evermore are where the RPers gather, with the most gathering in Sentinel, Shornhelm, and Wayrest. They tend to group in the taverns, but you can also find them in or around the various Mages' Guild halls. You can also check out TESO-RP.com. They have a listing on their homepage that lets people know where RP events that they put on are located, and what days.

NA PC hub for DC appears to be Koeglin at the moment followed closely by Bergama.

NA PC EP hubs appear to be Riften and Ebonheart.

I suggest geting into your factions hub guild via TESORP.

You need to get into an RP guild because of how phasing works. The game will prioritize putting you in a shard with fellow guild members, so once you are in an RP guild, you will likely start wandering into more spontaneous RP events in the world.

ESO is much less a "world we live in" and more so a game where people create Vampire Nightblades and go into Cyrodiil to gank it up. I've been playing over a year now and I haven't witnessed a shred of Roleplay personally.

How many RP guilds do I need to be in to be phased in with all other RPers? Im on PC NA.
