Mysticman✭✭✭Come on ZOS where's the Valkyn Skoria shoulder it's been **"8 MONTHS"** since the Valkyn Skoria Helmet was first offered at the vendor that way too long of a wait and don't give me that RNG crap this is a vendor not a dungeon drop they can put anything you want in the vendor's store (just look at what the vendor is selling on console). Frustrating you're player base is not a good thing. Maybe you should replace the person in change of the vendor with someone who has enough pride in their work to do it right.1 -
