Well this totally wasn't an extremely stupid post...
Stamina has access to Shuffle, the only ability in the game to provide immunity to snares/immobilizations. Not only that, but Templar is the only class with a true Cleanse, and both Magicka and Stamina Templar use it equally as effectively. You don't think through these things much, do you?
The bias in strong in this one.

Mist Form also gives immunity to snares/immobilize.

Mist Form also requires you to be a Vampire, cut off all Magicka Recovery and Healing, and still not get you very far. There is no sprinting while Mist Form is cast and the Magicka cost is high, all the while simultaneously getting heavily snared by gap closers.
If it was such a good skill, every Magicka class would roll a Vampire to gain access to Mist Form, which you consider to be equal to a sort of Magicka Shuffle. It's not even remotely close.
Please people. Let's have balance!

Mist Form reduces damage taken by 75% which is huge. And also Shuffle cant protect you from Gap-Closer snare. Literally nothing can without crashing the game engine.
^^ anything kinda like viper but got magic builds?

What is it with VO you want in a magika set? Without being clear about that it's hard to have a decent convo.
Spell damage and crit you can use IA. Return on magika when killing something, I think that's still a Dstaff passive.
Additionally with IA one can debuff the target so it takes more damage which isn't available with VO

I think the OP is talking about Viper's Sting, not Vicious Ophidian/Serpent. Viper's Sting 5-piece bonus: "(5 items) Your Melee Attacks deal 8311 Poison damage. This effect can occur once every 4 seconds."

That's a crappy substitute though. It's a channel which pauses combat and resets the fight, and block or weapon swap cancelling out if it is clunky and locks you in animations.

Lol, wither you have not played as vampire or i.
How many people are using mist form? And is it fast enough like bolt escape or good like cloak?
Its pretty much useless and instead get u killed easily.
Shuffle is far better and even now magicka players are using.
