One of the reasons I never play a support character - he/she will get all the blame, if something goes wrong, and never any praise for his/her well done job.

Here an idea for how to say no in form of a - well, basically kind of lie, but better than to say no:

"Sorry guys, I am waiting for the pizza guy" - without a time, you can as well wait for the guy, which will deliver the pizza in a week after you will have ordered it - it is kind of a lie and as well not.

I am quite lucky in this respect, my online friends are lovely people, and so if it does ever go wrong, we do sometimes blame one another as a joke and laugh about it, but its all in fun though. I am very lucky to have met such great people in the game

Him: Oh okay, I'm sorry ... I'm just desperate. I barely have any money, and I keep dying because my damage sucks, so I have to keep repairing. I'm only 174.

Me: I can back you up on your missions for a bit if you want.

Him: Oh okay. Hey wanna go fishing? We can get some Perfect Roe, and sell it for like 15k.

Me: Dude, you just told me you're weak and desperate at level 174, and now you want to go fishing? Seriously, no offense, but you're starting to annoy me. I have to go. I'll see you around.

That happens to me quite often as well. But usually, I get asked by my friends who are good, or by lowbies (who I don't remember how I met) who want me to run a random dungeon. So in my case, it's a win-win.

Plus I enjoy healing

Hm, I don't know what to say to this - because the invitation reason "because of my cute little character" lets me doubt that there are a lot of females in that guild. It feels to me more like a guild of g.i.r.l. - guys in real life. I would certainly not want to be in a guild, where the reason to ask me to join would be a cute appearance. And I doubt that other women would want to join by that reason.

Oh this happens to me too. People keep telling me to use 2 hand weapons to increase my damage but I just dislike playing melee so much and I only use bows

Yes, a really good game does not have a best class nor a best weapon nor the best armor in an absolute sense - but just one for a certain playstyle or purpose. In EVE the question is "what is the best ship" and the Devs there found the correct answer - "friendship".

Reminds me of the time I got hit on by a female player while I was on my male Nord. I was instantly spammed with 'raunchy' messages from her until I let her know I was a female in RL. Never heard a word from her anymore after that.

That's the key. Crafters need to learn to say no, and to set up the rules and prices before even making a move. It's the only way non-crafters will get it one day.

And don't forget : the ONLY answer to "[whoever] would craft it for free / cheaper" is "Then go ask [whoever]".

I found it rather funny to experience, how "magnetic" my male Imperial is, when he is wearing the pirate matey outfit - female character approach him, stare at him - then they see, that I have a female account name - and sometimes they say "nevermind" or just leave again. I never thought before, that a male character would be pulling that much attention at all.

That's because they are RL people, and RL people are divided into two categories : the talkers and the listeners. The listeners usually can talk, too, but the talkers don't give them time or space to do so. Advice givers (especially non-asked-for advice-givers) belong to the "talkers" category and just don't listen to whatever you're trying to say.

Does not really make sense to me - I am a talker too, but I listen to what people have to say in order to have a conversation, otherwise I could talk to a wall as well.

But when I think about it, I might be guilty of that myself when it comes to ESO+ membership and someone says, he does not want to pay for it. I think then, he might not have thought it over well enough and rejects it by no good reason - hm, yes, I am guilty of that myself.
