Mooncalf increases stamina recovery. I used to put points into it and I could watch my Stam recovery go up in number. Since the update I've gone up at least 1% probably more like 2% and my Stam recovery hasn't gone up a single point. I don't know if it's because of the update or because of my race change. I did switch from nord to redguard. But either way my Stam recovery isn't increasing... Anyone having the same issue or a possible explanation??

juhasman✭✭✭✭I used to put points into Mooncalf and my Stam recovery used to go up by 10-15 points every 1% I'd gain. But it doesn't anymore.
Before some percentage bonuses was multiplicative not additive after update they changed it so in certain cases SOME stats go down. In Your case base stam regen go down but You changed race to the one giving more stam regen so it stays unchanged without race change Your nord would have less stam regen then before. Everyone have similar ,,issue" after update but it's not a bug and it's not a nerf it's just fix of mechanic that worked incorrectly.Edited by juhasman on August 13, 2016 2:31PM5

Yes mooncalf still works. All depends of build You have if Your base stam regen is low than mooncalf is less effective.0 -

That's, probably, because, before the patch, when you put a point in mooncalf, it would scale your other regen increases by 1% each, so you'd see the value go up there. That said, it should also show up on the character sheet, and I've honestly never checked to see if the champion point recover boosts show up or not.0
