Dungeon queuing
Hi, I am a new player and have been trying everyday to que for random dungeons, especially since u get that reward for doing one, but it rarely works. I would be queued for hours. It has worked once for me ever and it was a pleasant surprise. What's the issue with this?
Also how often can I do the random dungeons for rewards?(because I received random dungeon reward the one time when I was queued into it)
Is there a dungeon/quest reset time?(in my former game we had this at 7 am est)
When I formed a group outside the dungeon I received no reward for doing the dungeon, did someone need to share the quest with me or was it not 24 hrs past the last time I did it?
Do I get less xp if another player in my group is much higher than me?

itehache✭✭✭✭The group finder does not really work, we all are still waiting for ZOS to fix it.
The only good advice I can give you if you want to run dungeons is to join a PVE guild, or a guild that runs dungeons. Before joining my guilds, I was able to run only 3 dungeons in 1 months, queueing every day
But now I can quickly find people to run my daily dungeons and pledges.
If you don't feel like joining a guild because you want to just be by yourself, I'd recommend to go to the capital city of your faction (IE Elden Root for AD) and just look for a group in the zone chat. You'll get into one pretty quickly too. But not as fun as running with guildies of course

For the big experience boost and the undaunted supplies it is once a day, but you can run dungeons non-stop and still getting a fair amount of xp and bosses will always drop gear.

You can only do the quests in dungeons once per character (there is 1 quest for normal level and 1 different quest for veteran level". So in total you can do 2 quests per dungeons and that's it.

Like I said before you can do the dungeon quests only once. If you want the xp boost, you need to get 4 people and still use the group finder and queue for a random dungeon, if you just get inside the dungeon by foot you won't get the extra xp boost.

If you use the group finder tool the dungeon will scale to your level and you will simply share all the xp between the members of your group, no matter which level you all are. If you just walk inside the dungeon, the enemies will scale to the party leader's level, so if the party leader is champion level 500 and you're a 30 level toon, you're gonna have a bad time. And if it is the other way around, the 500 cp guy will destroy enemies but you wont get any loot.
