How to get to hallin stand from evermore?

How do you get to hallin stand? The Bangkori garrison blocks the passage and I can't get in.

Farmerr✭✭You have to go through Bangkorai Garrison. There's an entire quest with King Emeric where you take it back from the Imperials. Afterwards, he sends you into southern Bangkorai.
Other option is to go through Fallen Grotto and by the Sunken Road Wayshrine then over the cliffs - that's how I got in the first time.3 -

You will need to do the main story quest line for Bangkorai and retake the Bangkorai Garrison with High King Emeric. I don't think there is any other way to go about it. ryanborror✭✭✭You have to do the quest but there is a way at the dolmen in the central eastern part of map where you can jump off a cliff through the rocks and get to the southern sidedooderrr

✭✭✭✭✭You can't get through the Garrison without doing the Garrison quest, but you don't have to do the Garrison quest to get the south of Bangkorai. All you need to do is go through the Sunken Road; it comes out by Nilata Ruins.
North Entrance
