Random meteor falls on my head?

Okay, so I'm not exactly sure what is happening here, but I've been playing a lot of PvE lately, and I've noticed a nasty little thing happening that I don't ever remember when I played the game lots several months ago: When I am fighting groups of nobody enemies, cutthroats necromancers archers and the like, occasionally a meteor will fall out of the sky onto my head. It hurts, I don't like it.
Have certain lowbie mobs been given the ability to call meteors in or am I just the most unlucky Wood Elf in Tamriel?

Aidantwab16_ESO✭✭✭Alright so update to this, what I am experiencing is not illusionists or necromancer after all, was just fighting a ranger and an archer, when a blue blast hits me in the head. I'm saying, it looks just like a meteor except the mobs don't call it in, it just directly on me and damages me in the middle of combat randomly.
Just happened 20 seconds ago. I came right here when the events were fresh, honestly it feels like a glitch the way it happens.0 -

Aidantwab16_ESO✭✭✭Hahaha I am stupid, I just realised it is my own damn soul shatter. I forgot it got changed to activating at "low health" instead of "dead", so couple that with a little bit of latency and playing as a super squishy mage, you get the ocational moment when it seems like the explosion is causing massive damage to me instead of the other way around.Edited by Aidantwab16_ESO on August 13, 2016 3:37PM0
