Fixes coming soon?

I have been unable to play the game for more than 3-4 minutes at most since Saturday. I keep getting disconnected no matter where I am- base game zones or DLC areas- or which character I'm trying to load- 220+CP or level 3. I'm an ESO Plus member, so I'm paying for the privilege of not being able to play as well.

My questions are thus: Is there going be a fix soon? and Will ESO Plus subscribers be compensated for the time we cannot access the game due to problems on your end?

Sadly the answer to both your questions is mostly likely not and most likely no one from ZOS will reply. All they seem to do here any more is ignore our issues and lock posts.

There are supposed to be fixes for console lag / loading screen / disconnect issues in the SotH patch, hopefully that will help you out.

Sadly, you'll find this forum is a bit misleading by its title. You won't receive any tech support here, the only way to get that is through a CS ticket.
I myself mistook this forum as a place to get tech support, I was brought straight just recently. There aren't even any ZOS employees here, they are all moderators of the forum.

It would be very nice to have a place we could bring issues to the attention of ZOS. ESO+ member wish list item #3,768.

There is a point to the forum, it is for player support. His support is only to [snip] about the game.

If you need support, follow this post. It is a sticky post at the top of this forum. You will get a quicker reponse dealing with technical support directly versus the forums ....

Well, I opened a support ticket and navigated the first two auto-responses, so hopefully that'll do something.
