Was it intended that you cannot loot items that go into crafting bags when the item inventory is full?

✭✭✭✭✭No he's asking about the full big that applies to inventory or the bank that prevents you from looting anything at all.
I'd say it's a bug only cause it wasn't this way with the bank but it's been over 100 days so maybe it's intended.-PC (PTS)/Xbox One: NewBlacksmurf
