If you just want a haircut, you can buy the hair pack instead and change your hair style whenever you want, though. Much less expensive than buying an appearance change token.Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.
