"The Roar of the Crowds" - Arena event not activating

Just a report to let people know that the Gold Coast daily World Boss quest, "The Roar of the Crowds" that spawns the Arena event needed to obtain the Order motif is not spawning. There's a group of about 15 of us in the Arena, just waiting. And "your ability to stealth is being suppressed," but no NPCs are spawning, the arena master is not announcing anything, and you can talk to Codas ap Dugal all you want to, but he isn't doing anything either! We all submitted tickets, and you should do the same. According to one of the people, the event went down at 4 AM and hasn't been working since. Halp!

Correct. Additionally, people in EP and DC are reporting it is working for them in /zone chat. I tried on 4 AD characters and will not activate for any of them.Edited by 85flyingbrick_ESO on August 11, 2016 3:56PMPC/NA0 -

Meet my characters:Command: Do the thing.
Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.0 -
