sorry but that is the worse "casual approach" I have ever heard why do so many people want to play a game where you don't need to put any time and effort into getting items or achieving a certain set. if your idea was to come into play everyone would make level 10's and farms for the gear and use it on their max.
please think before you post man and they have made it so easy to get gear in these most recent patches. It is no longer a week or 2 grind for one crafted set.
Such items are only logical if they were to be sold for crowns to players who prefer only focusing on the story involved in quests and don't care about itemization. They'd also have to be well below average, have set bonuses disabled, or just plain disabled in PvP and should cap at PC150 performance.
I don't mind some of the ideas here, from a crafting POV it'd be nice to be able to craft a CP 16- set of iron gear if I just happen to really like the look of the low level Imperial armor but not the higher level
As beneficial as this would be, I dont want it. As others have stated a big part of MMOs are the grind for themats and gear. If you choose to only lvl up thru PvP by only killing players you obviously choose the slow way. Also I do like the grind of mats and doing dungeons/trials(yes im one of thoose PvE suckers who rarely go to Cyrodiil)
