I group with people I don't know all the time. Doesn't mean he's lying. Maybe I'm missing something, but the guy he was grouped with simply complimented him and offered to help with his friend's build.

Idk about you but lying about it is more egregious than the initial act of attempted deception tbh. A simple "yeah' he's my friend" instead of doubling down on a lie would've helped his cause. Not only did he insult the intelligence of the community by pulling some transparent posturing bs via a friend, he then tried to deny it when it was transparent af--pages later (when -Jabs replied) and it became obvious to all that I was right about Firerock being his buddy. The fact that the whole thing wasn't apparent to all within the first 2 posts makes me concerned about the lack of critical thinking skills within our community.
Because lying to the community is "no apparent reason"? Because labeling this as "A friendly 1vs1" isn't claiming that it was friendly? OP and his buddy lied and got caught,simple as that. The people catching them on their bs aren't "tear[ing] it to pieces". It being the video, which if anyone wanted to tear it to pieces, then it wouldn't be a difficult task--considering the amount of misplays by both parties: executes at 60%+, etc. However, as evidenced by all of my posts, I only cared about them trying to lie to the community, not this 1v1 honor duel after they failed to Xv1 someone.
I hate to even call it a video since it's akin to if I were to dig through all of my footage,find me killing someone whom I dislike 1v1,label it as a friendly 1v1, have my buddy Citizen Kane clap as the first post, deny I know my buddy at all, get caught on that, get caught on it not being a friendly 1v1, and voila--this thread in a nutshell
Anyway, it's rather pointless for me to belabor my point as it was already proven multiple times by others

The simple fact is that the truth lies somewhere between the two opposing parties' views. Judging by the Atronach CP passive: Retaliation popping up in the video, Jabs seems to be fibbing about it being a non-cp campaign.
