if i purchase a dlc pack with crowns will it unlock for all my characters(the dlc)? or just for the character im purchasing it with?

It actually unlocks for the server, not the account. If you happen to use both servers, you'll need to buy the DLC twice or use ESO Plus.It unlocks it for your account, so all characters.0
