Can someone summon an admin?
I have video evidence of someone "teabagging" me, which is against the rules. But it is also against the rules to post it on forums. Is there a way I can send it to administration? I don't know how the tag thing works, so can someone do the summoning thing?

Is it THAT big of an issue? I used to get corpse-jumped on LOTRO's PvP map all the time (haven't made it to Cyrodiil here yet), and it honestly did not bother me. Does teabagging/corpse-jumping reek of immaturity? Sure it does, but you can demonstrate your own maturity by not taking offense.
Players teabag/corpse-jump you to get a rise out of you. If they don't get a rise out of you, then they've failed. If you die, get TBed/CJed, and then go so far as to report it... well, then that means you've failed twice. Just ignore it and move on with your day, rather than wasting GM time on trivial matters.3 -

2. make the video private/pw protected.
3. send the video to @zos_ginabruno or @zos_jessicafolsom OR you can file a /bug report in game OR you can email it to support@elderscrollsonline OR you can fill out a support ticket here at the forums https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/home?region=US
For everyone telling him/her not to report it, pound sand.
If this bothers you and you want to report it, follow the above steps. There have been bans from the game for sexual harassment surrounding teabags and hate whispers, so there is precedent.Tl;dr really weigh the fun you have in game vs the business practices you are supporting.4 -
