Can't queue for Random when someone doesn't have DLC??

Why can't I queue for a random if a party member doesn't have DLC?? Surely this is wrong - I used to queue for randoms all the time without the DLC!

    Whoever doesn't have the DLC needs to the the party leader and queue the group and you will get into a random dungeon from the base game :smile:

    Yeah, they need to fix this. The group finder should look at what list of dungeons is available to ALL members of the group and roll a random from there, rather than not roll at all.

    Because now, if one group member has IC and another has SotH, who do you make group leader?

    And OP: If you queue by yourself, then the group finder will not have a problem placing you into a group for the vanilla dungeons only. It's just when you are already in a partial/full group where different players have different access that you encounter this problem.

    I'm queuing for a solo random and I get this. I cannot do any dungeon because I don't currently own the DLC

    @wonkydog - that's odd. I don't seem to have the issue on another server (without DLC) queuing for random on my own. You should definitely submit a ticket for that.

    Oh, ok will do. I thought it would have been for everyone. This is what I get if i try and do a random activity alone....

    OK, that's messed up. Definitely file a bug report, because you should still be able to queue for vanilla dungeons.

    For sure... we need a Zenimax mod in here to see this too. That's SERIOUSLY messed up!!
